We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and had a tiny kitchenette with all the essentials. The toilet/shower area was very clean. The location on the top of the hill provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with a beautiful view of the sea and Croatia from the terrace. We enjoyed sitting outside with a drink and meal, taking in the scenery. The hotel also had a private parking area, which was a great convenience. The staff was friendly and always available to assist us with anything we needed.

the young staff member was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. the property itself is spotlessly clean and has a fully equipped kitchenette. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well-maintained. One of the highlights was the terrace, where I could enjoy stunning views in the evening. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town center and there were great restaurants nearby. there was a supermarket within a 10-minute walk to conveniently buy breakfast supplies. Parking was a breeze as there was plenty of free space. If I needed any additional items for the kitchen, they were happy to provide them, such as a jug for making coffee. Cons: N/A.

Free parking spaces were abundant, making it convenient for guests with cars. the property was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The peaceful setup allowed for relaxation, especially on the patio where you could enjoy meals and drinks.

One drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the room, which made it quite hot during the summer days. Another inconvenience was the absence of screen nets on the windows, allowing mosquitos and other insects to disturb sleep.

Spacious Terrace: The terrace at LaRocca Apartments is a little slice of paradise. It's like having your own private oasis, perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast in the sun while taking in the stunning views. It's so tranquil, you'll feel like you're in a whole different world.

Noisy: Unfortunately, the noise levels at times can be a bit bothersome. Due to the building's structure, you can hear other guests and staff walking or talking in the corridors, which can disrupt your peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at Larocca Studio. The terrace offered a beautiful view, perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The free parking on the premises was a huge convenience. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay in Piran.
